BILLING INFO FOR LONDON STUDENTS:
When is payment due?
The payment deadline for the ASA London program is the same as the application deadline. For example, if the application deadline for your program is June 1, then the full payment deadline is also June 1.
Once ASA has officially accepted you to the program, we will mail you and/or your parents an invoice for the full amount. Payment is due in full by the published deadline for your program, unless financial aid is being issued for you via a Financial Aid Consortium Agreement. If you plan to pay for the program using financial aid, ASA must have a signed Consortium Agreement in place with your home institution's financial aid office before the payment deadline. Be sure to make the necessary arrangements with your parents and/or your school's financial aid office, well in advance.
How should I submit my payment?
Payments for all program fees and deposits must be submitted in the form of a personal or cashier's check, made out to Academic Studies Abroad. We can not accept credit cards for program payments.
Housing Deposit
If the ASA London program is close to being full at the time you submit your application, you may be required to submit a non-refundable housing deposit of $750, in order to secure your place. If this is the case, ASA will notify you as soon as possible. Our housing affiliates in London require this deposit in order to secure housing for you, if you apply at a time when only a few spots are left. This must be paid with a check made out to Academic Studies Abroad. Once paid, the deposit will be deducted from your total balance due, and ASA will mail you an updated invoice. Payment in full is still due by the published deadline, unless financial aid is being issued for you via a Financial Aid Consortium Agreement.
If you have any questions, please contact ASA!
