Once we have received your complete application package including all required application documents, you'll receive an email from us to let you know if you have been accepted within 3 business days of receiving your completed application.

If you have already received an email from ASA letting you know that you've been accepted, click the appropriate link below to fill out the post-acceptance forms for your program. We will also send you an official acceptance letter by mail.


Please be sure to visit our Information Library and read our Guide to Study Abroad. It will answer many of your pre-departure questions about things like financial aid, housing, how much spending money you should bring, booking your flight, cell phones, Internet access, and student visas.

Below are helpful checklists of the forms and tasks that students need to complete after being accepted to the program. Deadlines are clearly marked. We hope this makes it easy for accepted students to keep track of what they've completed and what is outstanding. Simply follow the instructions on each checklist to complete the post- acceptance forms for your program location. The majority of forms can be completed electronically.

Filling out these forms by the deadlines indicated is very important because they give us the information needed to enroll you, house you, etc.
