The Marchutz School of Art - Course Offerings (Summer 2012)

All students MUST get a total of 4 classes approved by their academic advisor, in case of changes in course availability or schedule conflicts. That way, if a class is full or cancelled, or if the classes you want to take meet at the same time, you'll already have back-up classes that you know your school will accept. When you pre-register for classes (this happens after you're accepted), you will have to list a total of 4 possible classes on your registration form, in order of preference.

Students attending the Marchutz School of Art MUST take at least 6 credits (maximum of 9) during the 6-week session.  Marchutz students now have the option to take up to 9 credit hours.  (Note: 9-credit program carries additional cost - please see link above to Prices.) Your third course must be either one of the 2, 3-week intensive French language sessions (taught at The Aix Center) OR a supplementary 3-week art course. Please note, the supplementary art courses are not available on their own; they are only available as a 3rd course for Marchutz students attending the 6-week session.

During the summer sessions, it is not mandatory to take a French language class. All classes are worth 3 credits each, unless otherwise noted.

All courses with a course number that begins with FRE are taught in French. All other courses are taught in English, unless otherwise noted.
