Students depart from the U.S.

Saturday, September 19
Airport pick-up at London Heathrow for students who arrive before 7:30am; transfer to campus. Students move into Residence Halls.
Once you reach the university, go directly to your hall's main reception desk to collect your keys. To collect your keys, you will need to present your passport, License to Occupy, one passport photo and your Arrival Form.
Induction begins

Classes begin

Day trip to Stonehenge & Winchester

Last day of Semester 1 classes and exams

End of program; students vacate their program housing and depart for home

Students depart from the U.S.

Saturday, January 23 - ARRIVAL DAY, BEGINNING OF SEMESTER 2 (SPRING).
Airport pick-up at London Heathrow for students who arrive before 7:30am; transfer to campus. Students move into Residence Halls.
Once you arrive at OBU, go directly to your hall's main reception desk to collect your keys. Key Issue will take place between 10am and 6pm on Jan. 23. To collect your keys, you will need to present your passport, License to Occupy, one passport photo and your Arrival Form. (License to Occupy and Arrival Form will be mailed to you shortly prior to departure.)

The international student advisers and student helpers will help you settle into your accommodation and answer any questions you have about Induction.

*Itinerary is subject to change. The Arrival Weekend and Induction (orientation) schedule, as well as the dates and locations of 2 day excursions will be announced approximately 2 weeks prior to departure. (Locations of the excursions are usually Stonehenge and Wales. Dates TBA.)
