ASA Programs for UofSC Students

All of ASA’s programs are approved by the UofSC study abroad office. However, you do need to take steps to meet requirements for the UofSC study abroad office and obtain course approvals by your UofSC academic advisor. You’ll work in tandem with UofSC and ASA as you prepare for a summer, semester, or academic year abroad.


ASA offers programs in Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, England, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Peru, and Spain.

UOFSC Dublin at Griffith College

University of South Carolina students receive a $2,400 discount off of the regular pricing for this semester-long program available for both Fall and Spring terms. Course topics include Business, Marketing, Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, Economics, Journalism/Communications, Computer Science, Hospitality Management, and Irish History & Culture.

ASA-UofSC Affiliate Scholarships

ASA provides several $1,000 and $500 scholarships to UofSC. The recipients are selected by the UofSC study abroad office. You can apply for ASA-UofSC Affiliate Scholarships when you complete your UofSC application.

ASA Diversity Scholarships

After you are accepted to the ASA program you can apply for a Diversity Scholarship or a General Scholarship.

TIP: If you want to apply for one of these scholarships, be sure to complete your application early since the scholarship deadlines are sometimes earlier than the program application deadline.
